What exactly is wrong with the way it is now? We pull a mob to camp and proceed to kill it. Rinse and repeat hundreds of times. You seriously overestimate the fun factor of that. Seriously, You're going to make that act more annoying now? Why?

As luck would have it, my subscription ends tomorrow. I've canceled my account. The game isn't that much fun for me as it is now. I don't even want see how bad it's going to be after the patch.

You guys need to really look at the the population of the game. I'm not paying anymore for nothing. 8 years plus was enough.

Short version is the way it is now allows you to pull any npc from anywhere, regardless of the number of NPCs around it, their proximity, or the level. The major broken aspect was the fact that the level cap on the ability was meaningless.

It's crazy broken to allow you to pull named npcs out of a group with zero risk of agro. All you do then is cherry pick the PH until a named spawns.

Interesting. So an AoE version of your best Harmony, that also functions indoors, is somehow junk?

Hmm, it looks like none of the submissions are Battle scenes.

Let's try this again.  I'm going to extend this challenge to Monday, March 8, 2010.

Reply with screenshots of actually fight scenes.... the bigger the battle the better!  You don't have to be winning the fight!

Also, when you link the smaller version to an image make sure you are linking to the larger version so we can actually see it!

So I'm curious.. How much do you find yourself porting other people around these days? Do you even consider that a function of your class anymore?

I believe it is now 22 minutes.

    for now.  no.

    sweet thanks.

could you have a look at the other zones that are in the 12 min range too?

    BR>PG>UQ>Foundation

Also about Foundation was it intended to have a mile long agro range? its just odd.

the whole expansion got moved to 17/22  17 for outdoor, 22 for indoor.

    Re:Knight Weapons

    Wed, 2010-03-03 22:42

I decide this time that there was already enough blunt items around this time.

there is some more variety this time, but it is still fairly narrow.  It was mostly a fact that *my* knowledge of this desire from knights came to me too late in the process to change much of it from the "standard"  I am fairly certain I at least did a knight 2 handed axe this time, but all the 1 handers are still slashing.  At least this time some of them are axes instead of swords.

I will in the future though keep the desire for variety in mind.

just the teir 6 zones was retuned or was it  6 , 7 and 8 ?

Just tier 6 was re-tuned.  Rares were moved around in all underfoot zones, unless there was no need for it on a particular zone.

For this do you mean that different named PH were brought closer so can be pulled by one camp, or did you mean the same named with multiple PH were brought closer so that the one named could be sufficiantly camped from a single location?

I actually don't have that detail as I did not do the actual work, it was done by another.  I expect it is more of the later though.

So does this mean that our Map's are no longer correct on where Named's are located?

The players that made the maps will need to correct their maps.  Currently Everquest does not make in game maps.

From the 1st day I took over AA's, I've said that nothing has a statute of limitations on getting fixed. This certainly falls into this category. The fact that you had use to an obviously broken ability for over a year doesn't exclude it from being fixed.

Yes, it took a LONG time to get fixed. That doesn't change the fact that it was broken beyond belief, succeeded on ANY NPC (ignoring the level cap), and trivialized content. The fact that it took Sklug this long to figure out WHY it was broken should tell you how hard it was to find the problem.

The real question is what do we do about it now that the core functionality is fixed?

    Re:Update 03/01/10

Just out of curiosity, which Harmony spell are you comparing this to anyway? Your last AoE harmony was capped at level 40. So in ALL cases this is better even at 18 range.

Unless I'm missing something, your BEST single-target Harmony is only 12 reaction radius, and is capped at Level 85 as well.

This one works from 300 range, and has basically the same functionality as your level 85 Rank 1 Harmony, Drifting Mist.

    What am I missing here?

How spells stack - Discussion started by Community Member Muddywag1

I'd like any advice on the subject, for instance here is a description of one of my spells (I'm a ranger)...

What are the slots they reference? Is slot one always set for damge shield? what's the less than 2165?

I understand that it blocks things like shield of briar, but the info is unclear to me.

As a 70ranger I usually buff others with call of rathe, howl of the predator, and shield of briar. do those or any others bump or overwrite better buffs?

I guess I should know these things, but I'm just returning, soo...

Gameplay idea- pet inspection - Discussion started by Community Member Caladus8887

I have spoken with multiple players about this idea so I just wanted to prompt it. Consider this: why not allow inspections to be done on pets like you can do with your pc character to allow the user to view the current items and armor the pet weilds? That way the "temp" items that supposedly vanish every 30 minutes after logging can be seen if they are there. The weapons show the but armor and acc. are always in question.

Information about Claim rewards? - Discussion started by Community Member tounces8

Been trying to find it online without much luck.

Anyone have the low down on the claim rewards back you get with the expansion bundle?

So far all I've found is that you should save defiant armor till lvl 65+ or so.

The rest I have no idea.

Hate's Attraction functions erratically.  There are numerous situations where the mob is thrown high into the air, disappears for various amounts of time,  reappears back at its spawn point, and then runs to you.  This happens indoor and outdoor, level or graded plains.

That's unfortunately an issue it has with zone geometry and nothing I can fix in data.
